Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Devnode Core educational programs arranged through our enrollment desk. This website does not process card checkout; refunds follow the channel used for payment.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel a Bench Cohort seat at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable template packs marked as released.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be emailed to support@devnode-core.digital within 30 days of payment for unused self-paced Field Kit purchases, or within the cancellation window above for live cohorts.

Partial refunds

If a live cohort has begun and you have attended fewer than two sessions, we may offer a partial refund minus an administrative fee of 15% of the tuition stated on your invoice. After two sessions, tuition is generally non-refundable except as required by law.

Non-refundable items

• Custom Registry Atelier work already delivered (workshops held, documents accepted).
• Third-party venue or equipment fees explicitly listed as pass-through costs.
• Completed private consultations.

Refund process

1. Email support with your full name, invoice or enrollment reference, and reason.
2. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds typically post within 10 business days. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Refund method

We refund via the original rail (card, transfer, or invoiced channel). We do not issue cash at the Jung-gu office for online enrollments.

Cancellation by Devnode Core

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they grant broader rights. Documented medical or military service conflicts may be considered case by case.
